If you have booked via another booking channel, you must cancel the booking through them. We are not responsible for this.

For our flexible rates, we apply a cancellation period of 24 hours before the check-in time of 3:00 PM. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours (and after 3:00 PM) on the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged.

Non refundable
This rate deviates from the flexible conditions and must be paid immediately during booking. The booking can subsequently no longer be cancelled or changed.

Packages
48 hours before the check-in time of 3:00 PM. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours (and after 3:00 PM) on the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged.

For more than 5 suites and the longstay rate, the cancellation conditions below apply:

• Between 30 and 14 days before the start date: 60% of the total number of suites
• More than 7 days before the start date: 85% of the total number of suites
• 7 days or fewer before the start date: 100% of the full invoice.

This also applies to individual room cancellations.

Moving reservations
In the event that you wish to move your booking and the price of the new date is higher than the original booking, we are obliged to charge this difference to you. The period for moving your booking, just like cancellation, is 24 hours before arrival.

Cancelling during stay
If you decide during your stay to depart one day earlier, we are obliged to charge the costs of the original reservation.

No Show
When you do not arrive without cancelling your reservation, we will charge costs.

• All instructions from hotel staff that are related to house rules must be followed. Check-out is until 11:00 AM.

• Upon check-in, a valid proof of identification must be shown. Check-in is possible from the age of 18.

• Cameras are installed in various places within the building. Anyone who is present in our hotel agrees to the making of recordings. In the event of calamities and/or incidents, these recordings may be shown to third parties as supporting material.

• Found objects must be handed in at the reception.

• The management, the owner of this location and/or persons working for the hotel cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage that visitors to the location may suffer.

• Pets are allowed in the restaurant and on the terrace, provided they are leashed. Bringing your pet into the suite is not allowed. Naturally, guide dogs for the visually impaired are allowed.

• The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of your belongings.

• Your clothing must look neat at all times; we reserve the right to refuse access to guests who wish to visit the restaurant, hotel and/or terrace with a bare upper body.

• Waste must be disposed of in the designated waste bins.

• A first aid kit is available at the reception. We also have an AED.

• In the event of a general fire alarm, leave the building immediately.

• In case of fire, remain calm. Report fire to the reception and/or activate the nearest fire alarm.

• In case of fire, do not use the elevators under any circumstances.

• Are you arriving on an electric bicycle? Due to fire safety, it is prohibited to charge your battery in your suite. We have special battery lockers in our garden where you can charge your battery. These are freely accessible to our hotel guests. Our reception will be happy to assist you further.

• Smoking is not permitted throughout the entire hotel. In case of violation of this rule, the hotel will charge €200.00 for additional cleaning costs and/or damages suffered.

• It is absolutely prohibited to light candles/incense due to the fire alarm and fire hazard. (The security system will be activated immediately.)

• Certain decorations, such as confetti for example, are not allowed in the hotel rooms. Ask at the reception whether your decoration is allowed. Additional cleaning costs or technical malfunctions resulting from this will be charged to the guest.

• A maximum of 2 persons are allowed in this room. Children and babies excluded.

• Check-out for this room is no later than 11:00 AM, after which we will inspect the room.

• Damage, loss or destruction of hotel property will lead to immediate removal, liability and/or a police report.

• Presenting a valid ID is mandatory.

• The use, trading or possession of narcotics (in any form whatsoever) is prohibited. In case of the use of and trading in drugs, hotel management will contact the police and may proceed to removal without refund of payment.

• In the event of a general fire alarm, leave the building immediately.

• In case of fire, remain calm. Report fire to the reception and/or activate the nearest fire alarm.

• In case of fire, do not use the elevators under any circumstances.

• To cover smoke detectors.
• To consume, use, trade or possess narcotics.
• To use nitrous oxide balloons and/or cartridges in the room or have them in your possession.
• To cause nuisance to others, including through loud music, improper behavior or noise of any kind.
• To have more persons in the room than the permitted number / receive visitors in the room.
• To smoke throughout the entire building. In case of violation, a fine of €250.00 applies. If the fire alarm is activated due to smoking, the call-out costs of the fire brigade of €300.00 will be charged to you additionally.
• To receive guests in the rooms for the purpose of sexual commercial activities.
• To use emergency exits as normal entrances and exits.
• To remove hotel property outside the building. In case of intentional damage to hotel property, one may be held liable for repair and/or replacement costs.

In all cases not provided for in these regulations, the decision of the hotel management is final.

• You will receive the invoice within two weeks after the reservation.
• For sending the invoice, we charge €9.95 administration costs.
• For amounts lower than €200.00 incl. VAT, these costs amount to €15.00.
• Payment immediately after departure is free of charge and only possible by PIN and/or credit card.
